These terms cover YOINK on every platform it is offered on. On the App Store, Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies; on Google Play, Google's terms.

1. The licence

Fernbek grants you a personal, non-transferable licence to play YOINK for your own entertainment. The game, its characters, art, music and code belong to Fernbek.

2. Fair play

Don't cheat, tamper with saves or scores, reverse-engineer the game, or use it in a way that harms other players or the platforms it runs on. Leaderboard entries that look manipulated may be removed.

3. Purchases

In-app purchases are made through the App Store or Google Play under their terms and refund rules. A purchase unlocks what its description says, for the account that bought it; restore it on another device from Settings → Restore purchases.

4. Advertising

The game is free because it shows advertisements. Watching a rewarded video is always your choice; a reward is granted only when the provider reports the video as watched.

5. Availability

We may update, change or discontinue the game or any feature at any time. Progress lives on your device or in the platform's save; we cannot recover what a device or platform has lost.

6. No warranty

The game is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, Fernbek is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from playing it.

7. Changes

We may change these terms; the date at the top says when. Continuing to play after a change means you accept it.
