Privacy policy

YOINK is made by Fernbek. This page says what the game keeps, what it sends, and to whom. The short version: there is no account, we run no servers of our own, and the only data that leaves your device goes to the ad, purchase and store services named below.
1. What the game stores on your device
Your progress, settings and collection live in the game's local storage on your device (or in the platform's cloud save where the platform offers one). Nothing here identifies you. Deleting the game, or using Reset progress in Settings, removes it.
2. Advertising
The game shows advertisements. On iOS and Android they come from Google AdMob; on web game portals they come from the portal's own advertising service. Ad providers receive your device's advertising identifier and technical data (device type, OS version, approximate location from IP, ad interactions) to serve and measure ads and to prevent fraud. We request non-personalised ads by default. Where the law requires it (EEA, UK, Switzerland) Google's consent form is shown before the first ad, and you can change your answer at any time under Settings → Ad preferences. Google's policy: https://policies.google.com/technologies/ads
3. Purchases
Purchases are handled by the App Store or Google Play and by RevenueCat, which records the purchase so it can be restored on another device. We never see your payment details. RevenueCat's policy: https://www.revenuecat.com/privacy
4. Leaderboards and achievements
If you sign in to Game Center or Google Play Games, your score is submitted under your player identity and shown on their leaderboards with your nickname. Apple's and Google's policies apply. On web portals, scores go to the portal's leaderboard under your portal account, if you have one.
5. Web game portals
When you play on a game portal (Yandex Games, CrazyGames, Poki, Playgama, Pikabu, VK and their partners) the portal's own privacy policy governs what the portal collects. The game itself asks the portal only for what it needs: your language, your saved progress, and whether an ad can be shown.
6. Analytics
The game keeps a short log of events (level started, level finished, settings changed) in local storage on your device to help us understand play. It stays on the device and is not transmitted.
7. Children
The game is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect personal data from them. Ads are non-personalised by default.
8. Your rights
Because we hold no personal data ourselves, requests about advertising data go to the ad provider (links above), and about purchases to the store. You can reset everything the game stores under Settings → Reset progress. For anything else, write to [email protected].
9. Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it and the new version applies from then on.
